Collecting Deposits and Payments
  1. Guests are required to provide a credit card for the deposit of your choice when booking the reservation.
  2. The system accepts the booking and authenticates the credit card. It does NOT process the card.
  3. The system provides you a secure login where you can access the guests Credit Card information. You have the freedom to choose what vendor you want to process the card, or you can contact the customer and request a check. Either way, you have a solid booking.

No. It is hosted on a web server and can be accessed through your Internet Browser.

What are the System Requirements?
The only requirements are access to the Internet and one of the following web browsers:
• Internet Explorer v6+
• Firefox v1+
• Netscape v6+
• Opera 1x+

How Long Does it Take to Set Up?
Your account is automatically set up when you register. After that it is up to you or your staff to enter in the rate, product and inventory information prior to the live launch.

Depending on the size and complexity of your room inventory, you could begin accepting online reservations within a day or two. Available with the set up is online help and an easy 7 step tutorial wizard that guides you through all necessary steps.

Will it Process my Guest's Online Reservation Deposit?
It does not process guest payments or deposits.

You will receive a notification email once a new web booking arrives and will need to log in to the secure Administration panel to access the guest's payment information.

You are then free to process the reservation according to your usual procedures.

By the way, you can configure the system to either automatically confirm a reservation request OR mark it as 'pending' allowing you to review it before confirming it.
